Terms of Use
Effective: October 22, 2026 · These terms are between you and Ayyed LLC ("we", "us") and govern your use of the Mightly app. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Important: not medical advice
Mightly is a wellness and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. It does not recommend medication doses or changes. Nutrition targets, AI meal estimates, meal suggestions and medication-level charts are estimates for general information only and may be inaccurate. Always follow your prescriber's instructions, and talk to a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, exercise or medication. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mightly.
2. Subscriptions and free trials
- Mightly requires a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If you start a free trial and don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
3. Your content
You own the information and photos you add. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide the app's features (for example, sending a meal photo for AI analysis), as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't upload photos of other people or sensitive documents.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app or its services: no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no attempts to bypass usage limits or access controls, and no automated or abusive use of our AI features.
5. AI features
AI-generated results can be wrong. Review and edit meal estimates before relying on them. We may limit, change or suspend AI features to keep the service reliable and affordable.
6. Trademarks
Medication names shown in the app are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify those products. Mightly is not affiliated with or endorsed by any drug manufacturer.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of estimates.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayyed LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for health outcomes resulting from reliance on the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; we'll post changes here with a new effective date. You may stop using the app at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
